Taking the bread away from this traditional middle eastern meal doesn’t make it any less delicious. In fact, the flavor of the falafels are enhanced when they are the feature of this simple salad.
Warm falafels in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. They dry out fast so any longer might make them too crummy. Place lettuce and veggies in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and top with falafels. Drizzle with vinaigrette, tzatziki, hot sauce and serve.
