Recipe Remix – Tuna
Tuna isn’t just for salad anymore. In fact, this low fat – high protein fish can be used in a variety of different dishes including two that I remixed for a recent segment on City TV’s Breakfast Television. The first recipe is my variation on Tuna Sliders which are hearty without being too heavy, followed up with a tasty Lemongrass Soup which is easy on the pocketbook as well as the waistline!
