Croquembouche (Cream Puff Tower)
This is one of my favourite dessert recipes because most of the work is done for you. There is no cooking time and you can spend as little or as much time as you like to make it look appetizing. Cream puffs (or profiteroles) can be bought frozen and used in a variety of ways. In this recipe I have stacked them and added fresh berries, strawberry syrup and powdered sugar. You could also drizzle chocolate, caramel, jam, or any warm sweet sauce over top.
