Bruschetta is a common appetizer in Italian cooking but I use it in a lot of recipes including this summer favorite. Store bought bruschetta is fine to use but if you want to make your own, I have included a recipe below which uses sun-dried tomatoes to intensify the flavor. While I’ve used beef burgers in this recipe, any type of burger can be used.
