Apple and Brie Quesadillas
These quesadillas are so versatile. I have served them as an appetizer, breakfast or even dessert! For the filling, use the Apple Salsa recipe and your favourite soft cheese. I used brie in this recipe but havarti or gouda are delicious as well.
