Baked Artichoke Dip
I love serving this artichoke dip when I am entertaining. It’s always a hit and only lasts for a few minutes until it’s gobbled up. I have tried making a lower fat version with fat free sour cream and low fat mayo but I wouldn’t recommend it. This is one of those dishes you just need to indulge in once in a while. I like a bit of heat in mine so I use Franks hot sauce, but chili powder is nice too.
- Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Spoon mixture into a medium sized baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly on the top. Remove from the oven and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
