Breaded Cauliflower
This recipe is my version of a traditional Hungarian dish. To me it’s pure comfort food using two ingredients which are commonly found in Hungarian cooking, sour cream and paprika. Blended together they create a smooth topping that compliments the delicate flavor of the roasted cauliflower.

So you bake the sour cream too? Hmmm… Might try this one on my youngest son who will not eat any veggie other than cucumber. And I will now google the nutritional value of cauliflower….
