This is a perfect choice for breakfast when you are craving something hearty. It’s so satisfying with the combination of protein and carbs and you can change it up according to what you like. I’ve included a few topping options which you can try, or create your own to make this unique breakfast. Essentially, anything you can put in an omelet you can put on your pizza. For the crust, ensure you choose a type which has raised edges so your egg mixture won’t run off the side.
