Chai Protein Latte

Generally protein shakes are served ice cold but this version is served hot. It combines the spicy flavour of Chai Tea with Vanilla protein powder into a delicious latte. An excellent way to start your day!

Directions:

Place milk and chai teabag into a large bowl or mug and microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot but not boiling. Pour into a blender along with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and spices. Pulse until smooth and pour into the mugs. Garnish with additional cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
