Creamy Carrot Soup with Garlicky Crumb Topping
This soup has very few ingredients but the flavor is rich and the texture is velvety. The garlicky crumbs add a nice crunchy contrast to the smooth soup. Unlike almost any recipe using carrots, I don’t peel them when I make this soup as you puree it at the end so you don’t even notice. Therefore your prep time is even faster!
