European Style Creamy Cauliflower Soup
The flavor of this wonderful soup is quite different from the traditional “cream of” style soups that you tend to find in North America as there is no milk or cream added to the soup. Instead and the creamy texture and flavor comes from adding sour cream at the end of the preparation. Fresh dill compliments the dish perfectly and the result is a rich and smooth soup that takes very little effort to prepare.
