Feta Bruschetta Pizza
This recipe combines three of my favorite things, cheese, tomatoes and basil. I absolutely love the texture of the warmed feta cheese in this dish. It creates a smooth topping for the intensely flavored bruschetta. The crunch of using a flatbread such as naan instead of a traditional pizza dough finishes off the dish perfectly. I often make this dish when I am entertaining and it is always gobbled up!
