Fresh Mango Salsa

I absolutely love making mango salsa as it’s extremely versatile. It’s delicious on its own with tortilla chips or crackers, but I’ll also serve it on grilled chicken, or seafood and it’s fantastic on fish tacos.

  • Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen mango, diced
  • 2 cups red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

If using frozen mango, allow it to thaw in the refrigerator before preparing the recipe. Then combine all ingredients. The chili powder can be adjusted according to how spicy you like the salsa. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
