Fusilli with Spicy Meat Sauce
This dish is pure comfort food. The hearty meat sauce has such a beautiful aroma from the unique spices, with just enough heat. Whenever I make it, it brings my family to the table in no time. Leftovers as just as tasty the next day and this sauce freezes beautifully. You can use ground beef or chicken in this recipe or to make the sauce vegetarian, replace the beef with textured soy protein (ground round). It will also have great flavor.
