This lovely light salad is a favorite of mine to make in the summer when I can barbecue outside as much as possible. The combination of the grilled meat with the crunchy vegetables and sweet dressing is both tasty and satisfying without being to heavy. Grilled prawns or chicken are also delicious in this salad. You can serve it hot or chilled.
