Grilled Scallops with Rémoulade Sauce

Rémoulade originated in France and is a mayonnaise-based sauce which is popular with seafood. Kind of like a tartar sauce, it combines some of the same ingredients but has a more sophisticated flavor with the addition of capers and Dijon mustard.
