Herbed Chicken Breasts
The secret to this dish is the butter. Don’t let it scare you! It’s not as much as you think and if you barbeque the meat or use a broiling pan some of it will drip away. If you don’t have the exact dried herbs suggested you can substitute with what you have on hand. Rosemary and thyme are nice in this recipe as well.
