Mango Peach Smoothie
This vitamin C packed smoothie tastes like summer. It’s perfect for breakfast, post workout, or for a boost in the middle of the afternoon. You can add extra protein with the yogurt or add texture with banana.They are delicious on their own or you can enjoy them as a base for a delicious daiquiri. Using frozen fruit keeps them cold and is much easier than using fresh fruit, but you can substitute with any fresh fruit you have on hand.
- Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups mango juice (or any fruit juice)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 banana (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
