Mini Beef Tacos

Tacos are a huge favorite in our house and my kids especially like these mini versions. These beef ones are done fajita style with peppers, onions and steak instead of ground beef.  They work well as an appetizer or can be a light meal. I also make a BBQ Chicken Taco version and a Mini Shrimp Taco version of these as well.

    Hi, My name is Linda Brown. This might not be your specialty but I’m frantic and having to get creative.

    I am trying to find a cool place in Calgary to host a retreat in July. We will have about 15 women who want to learn to write coming from Calgary and the areas near by as well as some writers flying in.

    I found your blog and enjoyed it and thought that maybe you’d be savvy enough to know of a place I might contact. I need a private room in a restaurant or a small cool hotel where they would serve us lunch. I tried the River Cafe but they don’ have a private room.

    Of course, I’d love to find more writers but I’m really contacting you because I need a venue and think you might be able to send me in the right direction.
