Perogies with Veggies
Traditionally perogies are boiled, then fried, and served with butter, sour cream, onions and bacon. Although delicious when prepared that way, they can be a little heavy and are loaded with calories and fat. However if you bake instead of fry them and add veggies into the mix, they become much healthier and are just as tasty.
