Pork Sausage with Spiced Apples

This meal is so simple to prepare, with very little prep time. It’s on the table in less than 10 minutes! The sweetness of the apple compliments the salty flavor of the pork beautifully and the spices give it just a little extra flavor without being too overpowering. If you choose apples that are naturally sweet like Red Delicious, you may not need the sugar. However if you choose varieties which are tart, like a Granny Smith you might want to add a little extra.
