Raspberry Pineapple Smoothie
This thirst quenching smoothie is packed full of vitamin C and can be made with fresh or frozen fruit. I also love to use fresh herbs in my smoothies and for this recipe I used cilantro which added a little kick. Mint or basil would also work well. If you are using frozen fruit you can eliminate the ice. This smoothie is juice based and light but for a more filling version you can add a frozen banana or some Greek yogurt.
- Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
