Recipe Remix – Highball Kabobs
On this edition of the Recipe Remix I took inspiration from a few classic cocktails and highballs to create unique barbecue glazes which work well for meat, seafood and even fruit! For this segment we shot outside which can be a bit of a challenge with wind but that’s the beauty of live TV!
