In the 3rd installment of the Recipe Remix series I took on one of my favorite dishes, Spanish Paella. I have made this recipe in so many ways over the years, but this one is my favorite version as it’s a real crowd pleaser. Mixed paella can include anything you like and my recipe includes chicken, prawns and chorizo sausage. Something for everyone. This adaptation replaces the traditional cooking method with an easy stove top version and I throw in a little short cut with the rice. You can view the segment HERE
