Refreshing Honeydew Smoothie
Honeydew is a beautiful fruit which is light and sweet and lends itself well to this thirst quenching smoothie. It’s perfect alongside a meal as a refreshing beverage, or you can add yogurt for a thicker and more satisfying version. The more ripe your fruit is, the sweeter the smoothie will be so try to buy melon that is in season or has sat for a few days on your counter until completely ripe.
- Ingredients
- 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or yogurt if desired)
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1 cup of ice
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with additional melon if desired.
