Salmon and Avocado Breakfast Burrito
I love the contrast in this recipe of the cheesy egg and smoky salmon, all smoothed out with creamy avocado. These dish can be made ahead of time and wrapped in foil for a quick breakfast on the go. If you don’t have barbecued salmon you can use canned pink or sockeye salmon instead.
