Spicy Shrimp Stew
This soup has more ingredients than I normally like to use but there is very little prep so it comes together very quickly. The mix of lemon, ginger and tomato in this stew give it a beautiful South American flavor which blends nicely with the shrimp. I usually add a little hot sauce to intensify the heat, but in this recipe I have kept it to a minimum. Feel free to add some if you like a little kick!
