Swiss Chard with Butter Crumb Topping
This crispy topping on the Swiss chard works well with the buttery texture of the greens. If I have panko breadcrumbs on hand I like to use those but otherwise any coarse breadcrumb mixture will work. This butter crumb topping is nice on any vegetable including parsnips, green beans or squash.
